Terms of Service

By utilising KEENAV Solutions services, you (on behalf of yourself and / or the legal entity you represent) agree to the following:

  • To permit KEENAV Solutions support personnel remote access to your computer for the purpose of providing remote technical support, and that you grant access to the computer or other device to which you are establishing the remote connection.
  • During remote support activities, the client does not have any privacy, security, or password-protected applications, web pages, or emails open.
  • KEENAV Solutions may offer solutions to:
    • certain product features that are undesirable to you and/or issues arising due to third party product as part of our support services for reasons of providing good customer care, but provision of any help for solving and/or circumventing the abovementioned items is not deemed as acknowledgement that any such issues would constitute errors in our services.
  • Any suggestions made by KEENAV Solutions to resolve issues are intended for immediate support issues only and are not intended or provided as general advice for other situations.
  • Clients are solely responsible for ensuring a valid backup of all data and applications prior to engaging in any activity with KEENAV Solution Support. KEENAV solutions is not responsible for any loss of data or damage to equipment.
  • KEENAV Solutions may not be able to resolve a particular problem to entirety via remote support but can provide possible recommendations due to the nature of certain technical problems that may require hardware replacement.
  • Due to the complexity and variety of support cases and inevitable dependencies and reliance on third party technologies; all support is provided on “best efforts” basis and KEENAV Solutions may not be able to remedy some issues.
  • KEENAV Solutions shall not be liable for any damages, compensation, fees or expenses that may arise, whether direct or indirect, consequential, incidental or otherwise, whether in contract, tort or in equity. (e.g., reason for system reboot), data loss or damage, system failure, unauthorized access, etc.).
